Job Details

2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, statistics, healthcare analytics, or informatics.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related quantitative discipline.
Experience working with healthcare data, pharmacy/PBM data, medical claims, or complex data sets.
Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, and manipulation.
Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, or automation.
Foundational understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting.
Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Support the development and maintenance of predictive, statistical, and machine learning models.
Analyze pharmacy and medical claims data to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
Assist with AI roadmap initiatives.
Prepare, clean, transform, and validate data sets for analytics, reporting, and model development.
Develop clean, reusable, and testable analytical code.
Collaborate with consultants, clinicians, product teams, and data engineers to deliver actionable insights.
Document analytical methods, assumptions, data definitions, and model logic.
Communicate findings and recommendations through presentations, dashboards, and written summaries.
