Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping production software that other people depended on.
- Fluency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with AI/LLM systems, specifically RAG, agent frameworks, vector stores, and evals.
- Experience across the stack and working with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containers and CI/CD pipelines.
- Track record of integrating with legacy, real-world systems.
- Ability to hold technical conversations with client engineers and stakeholders.
- Experience in banking, lending, or payments is strongly preferred, particularly working with risk and compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with Praxent clients in banking, lending, or payments to build AI systems.
- Own a specific workstream end-to-end, from understanding client problems to delivering documented solutions.
- Develop LLM-backed features that meet strict functional and compliance requirements.
- Integrate AI solutions with legacy systems, governed data, and existing infrastructure.
- Create evals, guardrails, and runbooks to ensure systems are operable and maintainable by the client post-handoff.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client engineers, maintaining clear communication and reliable follow-through.
