Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software QA or testing.
- Experience testing web, mobile, or API-based applications.
- Knowledge of test design and defect-management practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, or browser developer tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Clear written communication.
- Nice to have: Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
- Nice to have: Programming experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CI/CD systems, SQL, and performance testing.
- Nice to have: Relevant testing certification such as ISTQB.
Responsibilities
- Review requirements and define acceptance and testing criteria.
- Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests.
- Document defects with clear, reproducible steps and supporting evidence.
- Build and maintain automated UI or API tests.
- Validate fixes and monitor recurring quality issues.
- Participate in release planning and readiness reviews.
- Work with developers to improve application testability.
- Maintain test documentation, environments, and test data.
- Communicate quality risks to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
