Requirements
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Production ownership of a backend service or developer platform (API gateway, SDK/CLI, or IDP).
- Strong production experience in at least one modern application stack (Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go).
- Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OIDC, M2M, secret management).
- Demonstrated experience instrumenting systems with metrics, structured logging, or tracing.
- Direct hands-on experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Cody, Copilot agents, Aider, or equivalent).
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and runbooks.
- Experience with LLM-tooling integrations like MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Familiarity with LLM gateways, evaluation harnesses, or plugin ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own and extend the MCP Gateway and connector platform, including integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
- Manage the marketplace publishing pipeline covering versioning, CI/CD, plugin PR reviews, and release hygiene.
- Build and maintain shared plugins, skills, and Spec-Driven Development tooling.
- Extend usage-rollup and telemetry pipelines to track tool-call health and inference spend.
- Build infrastructure to support mapping agent outputs into a browsable and searchable surface.
- Provide platform stewardship by conducting office hours, mentoring engineers, and managing on-call responsibilities.
