Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with data pipelining (ETL).
- Experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for software delivery (e.g., Gemini, Cortex Code, Genie Code).
- Experience with frontend development and tools like Streamlit.
- Ability to work directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong product sense and ability to develop solutions without curated requirements.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple problem domains simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive levels.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Solutions team and business stakeholders to identify and resolve business problems using data and AI.
- Develop full-stack solutions including data pipelines, backend development in Python, and dashboard/Streamlit app development.
- Leverage AI tools such as Databricks Genie and Snowflake Cortex to accelerate solution delivery.
- Translate complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders across labels and global functions.
- Contribute to architecture standards, operational playbooks, and internal reusable asset marketplaces.
- Ensure developed solutions remain aligned with the broader Data and Insights engineering roadmap.
