Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline or related quantitative field.
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency.
- Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs, OData services, and databases using Postman and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Experience authoring custom YAML workflows.
- Demonstrated experience writing automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, or equivalent.
- Ability to produce clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Ability to provide at least 3 hours overlap with the EST (Montreal) time zone.
- Availability of at least 35 hours per week.
- Stable internet connection and videoconferencing capability.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining integration and end-to-end automated tests based on prepared test cases.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Developers to identify optimal test coverage.
- Ensuring the prompt delivery of automated tests covering critical functionalities and key issues.
- Reporting bugs with detailed, deterministic steps to reproduce.
- Verifying and validating that resolved issues are successfully fixed.
