Job Details

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, TAM, or security practitioner).
Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and ability to engage with SOC directors, threat intel leads, and CISOs.
Working knowledge of DNS, WHOIS/RDAP, passive DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP, and internet infrastructure abuse.
Hands-on experience with at least one SIEM, one SOAR, and one TIP.
Comfort with RESTful APIs, JSON, and scripting (Python preferred) to prototype and demo.
Excellent demo and whiteboard skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% for meetings and events.
Prior experience at a threat intelligence, DNS, or network security vendor is a strong plus.
Experience with agentic/LLM-driven security workflows or data lakes is a plus.
Background as a former analyst, incident responder, threat hunter, or CTI practitioner is a plus.

Own discovery, technical qualification, solution design, demo, and POV for enterprise and strategic opportunities.
Translate customer pain into concrete DomainTools workflows using Iris Investigate, DNSDB, and real-time threat feeds.
Design and defend integration architectures with SIEM, SOAR, TIP, XDR, and data platforms.
Lead beginner through advanced training, onboarding, and education sessions to guide solution adoption.
Partner with Customer Success and Support to provide expert technical support and ensure production wins.
Act as the customer's voice to internal Product and Engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.
Build reusable technical assets like demo environments, integration recipes, and IrisQL playbooks.
