Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, CS or AI-related major preferred
- 1–5 years of experience
- Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
- Ability to review, validate, and correct AI-generated code
- Self-driven and able to operate without clear boundaries
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend infrastructure (if frontend-focused)
- Proficiency in a backend language such as Java, Go, Rust, or C++ (if backend-focused)
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Redis, and Kafka
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend
- Integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow to maximize development efficiency
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction between frontend and backend
- Act as a full stack "seed" within your team — champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization
- Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle — from ideation and design to deployment and iteration
