Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus.
- Hands-on project experience (personal, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions all count).
- Foundation in at least one backend language (Java, Go, Rust, C++).
- Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
- Ability to articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools clearly.
- Self-driven, product-minded, and passionate about learning new technologies.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end product development across frontend and backend under senior engineer guidance.
- Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily development workflow.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff friction.
- Act as a full stack "seed learner" — absorb practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomous full stack engineer.
- Proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.
