Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus
- Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions)
- Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang
- Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
- Experience building end-to-end projects
- Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts
- Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools
- Self-driven and boundaryless with a strong product mindset
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers
- Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into your daily development workflow
- Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend
- Act as a full stack "seed learner" within the team to absorb full stack practices and grow into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer
- Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows
- Contribute to the product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration
