Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to Booking.com guests and property partners in the Czech language.
- Resolve travel-related inquiries, including booking modifications, cancellations, and accommodation concerns.
- Serve as an ambassador for the travel industry by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize internal systems to manage reservations and provide accurate travel information.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues between travelers and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions within the travel database.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest travel industry protocols and tools.
