Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years' experience (with bachelor's) or 6+ years' (with Master's) in spacecraft GNC analysis, design, and verification.
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and STK.
- Experience modeling, simulating, and analyzing GNC sensors, actuators, and dynamics.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (SysML/UML) and requirement processes.
- Experience with software development, verification, and validation.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (C, C++) and scripting languages (TCL, Python).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement GNC systems for new spacecraft and mission payloads.
- Analyze and develop GNC sensors, actuators, algorithms, and flight software.
- Support subsystem-level requirement definition and flow-down across the development lifecycle.
- Drive design activities for spacecraft, payload, satellite bus, and launch integration.
- Participate in cross-functional planning and task execution for integration activities.
- Support spacecraft product roadmap development, including schedule and cost targets.
- Perform system engineering activities to maintain and evolve spacecraft product heritage.
