Requirements
- Two or more years writing and shipping production software
- Working proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Docker (writing and debugging Dockerfiles)
- Experience owning something end to end (a service, a pipeline, an internal tool, or a library)
- Comfort working in a Unix-like environment and using Git
- Systematic approach to debugging systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and ask thoughtful questions
Responsibilities
- Help maintain and improve CI pipelines used across many repositories and teams
- Contribute to the development of our internal developer platform (IDP), including self-service tooling, workflows, and automation
- Own testing, documentation, and rollout for platform enhancements and new tool integrations
- Write reliable, maintainable code in languages like Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Collaborate with teammates and internal customers to gather feedback and improve developer experience
- Contribute to a product that runs at a scale few companies can access
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming sessions
- Grow into ownership of a platform surface, with support from senior engineers on the team
