Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language), including complex query writing and database extraction.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies and SQL-based programming environments, particularly SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of descriptive analysis, probability, statistical inference, bootstrapping, hypothesis testing, regression, modeling, and quantitative methods.
- Ability to model and abstract relational data structures to support analytical requirements.
- Strong experience with Power BI and the development of interactive dashboards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports using the organization’s BI tools, as well as perform ad hoc data analyses and investigations to provide reliable information for business decision-making.
- Automate, generate, and structure recurring reports, supporting internal teams in defining, monitoring, and improving operational and business performance indicators.
- Monitor the performance, stability, and data refresh processes of reports managed by the Business Intelligence team, validating consistency between transactional systems and BI datasets.
- Analyze and model data to transform complex information into clear and actionable insights that can support strategic and operational decisions across different business areas.
- Promote and strengthen a data-driven culture by encouraging teams to use information intelligently and incorporating data into everyday decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and continuously improve dashboards, reports, and BI processes.
