Requirements
- Higher education completed or in progress in Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience with water and/or wastewater treatment operations.
- Experience with laboratory routines and chemical consumption in treatment plants.
- Experience implementing corporate systems, with LIMS implementation experience particularly relevant.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence and automation tools.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and translate technical or corporate requirements into practical guidance.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while recognizing when strategic decisions or escalation are required.
- Availability for frequent travel, including extended trips of up to 15 consecutive days.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with corporate teams, technology providers, and operational units.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of LIMS across operational units, acting as the interface between the system provider and local teams.
- Translate corporate guidelines into clear instructions for participating units and communicate implementation schedules.
- Address and resolve requests from operational units independently, escalating strategic matters when appropriate.
- Support technical topics related to water and wastewater treatment, including chemical consumption and laboratory routines.
- Contribute to quality performance studies and develop BI solutions, performance indicators, and dashboards.
