Requirements
- BA/BS in public health, scientific, policy, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or public health sectors.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Patient Advocacy, or related roles.
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement initiatives in a healthcare or public health context.
- Exposure to digital health tools or digital engagement strategies.
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and learning agility.
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills.
- Attention to detail and execution excellence.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement plans.
- Deliver initiatives that improve disease awareness, vaccine confidence, and access.
- Track, analyze, and report progress against defined objectives and KPIs.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with patient advocacy groups, medical societies, and public health organizations.
- Synthesize and communicate stakeholder insights internally to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to digitally-enabled engagement efforts including social listening and digital campaigns.
- Partner with internal teams across policy, communications, medical, and market access.
- Ensure all activities adhere to corporate, legal, and regulatory standards.
