Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial leadership experience.
- Experience in a senior finance management, Director of Finance, VP Finance, CFO, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial modeling.
- Experience working with U.S. and Mexican financial operations strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Experience working with accounting, ERP, and financial reporting systems.
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy and planning for operations in both the U.S. and Mexico.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Develop financial models and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
- Analyze profitability, operating costs, revenue trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and monitor financial KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Support strategic decisions involving staffing, expansion, investments, pricing, and operational growth.
- Optimize the financial relationship and flow of funds between U.S. and Mexico operations.
- Improve and establish financial processes, controls, reporting structures, and internal procedures.
- Coordinate with external accountants, CPAs, tax professionals, banking partners, and other financial advisors.
