- Proven experience in social media content creation within beauty, fragrance, fashion, or luxury lifestyle
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva
- Advanced short-form video editing experience with CapCut or similar tools
- Expertise in shooting high-quality visual content on iPhone
- Strong understanding of short-form video trends, creative storytelling, and platform performance
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to convey wit and personality
- Experience managing UGC talent and creator collaborations
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and proactive creative skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Shoot high-quality photo and video content on iPhone with a focus on elevated product aesthetics
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut or similar tools with a focus on pacing and storytelling
- Design on-brand graphics for social posts, stories, and campaign assets using Canva or similar tools
- Manage and grow social media accounts by monitoring reach, engagement, and community building
- Respond to DMs and comments to maintain consistent, engaging brand voice
- Scout, vet, and coordinate with UGC creators and influencers
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Monitor and report on content performance to inform future strategy
