Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial experience as a fullstack engineer.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
- Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
- Experience with Azure cloud services (App Service, Application Insights, Service Bus).
- Expertise in MS SQL Server, including query plan analysis and indexing.
- Strong understanding of DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, and system integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD, DORA metrics, and production monitoring.
- Proven ability to use AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor in daily development.
- Excellent analytical skills to extract and interpret data from Amplitude and product databases.
- Proficiency in Polish (C2) and English (B2).
Responsibilities
- Own the product development process from hypothesis to production and user feedback.
- Define success metrics as leading indicators for business impact before starting feature work.
- Design and maintain system architecture, including bounded contexts, event-driven integrations, and API versioning.
- Operate features using SLOs/SLIs, structured logging, Application Insights, and blameless post-mortems.
- Manage the CI/CD pipeline and test pyramid to ensure high-quality, deployable code.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define the AI-driven paradigm of future product development.
- Prepare Any Decision Records (ADRs) to document architectural choices and recommendations.
