Requirements

- 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
- Professional licensure in field of study.
- Ability to make independent decisions on technical problems and methods.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized with excellent time management.
- Experience contributing to thought leadership through panels, presentations, or publications (preferred).
- 15+ years of experience at a large architectural firm (preferred).
- 5+ years of project management and leadership experience (preferred).
- Experience in specialized markets like workplace, federal, higher-education, or healthcare (preferred).
- Familiarity with DB and DBB delivery methods (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for a specialty area.
- Apply intensive architecture principles and practices to assignments.
- Resolve technical questions and coordinate project work.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of architects to foster growth and accountability.
- Monitor project performance, managing risks to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Oversee quality management processes and ensure technical excellence.
