Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, or Product Management
- C1+ English level
- Experience in both B2B and B2C products
- 3+ years of experience working with e-commerce platforms
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and engineering teams
- Skill in breaking down problems, finding solutions, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep knowledge of development methodologies including Kanban, Agile, and SCRUM
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Meets)
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Proficiency with Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack, and Flutter
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement
- Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrum, sprint reviews)
- Monitor risks, quality and project progress
- Communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, and strategy
- Analyze user behavior and gather data to systematize feedback into solutions
- Own product backlog and ensure it is structured, prioritized, and decomposed
- Forecast impediments to sprint backlog or completion to solve bottlenecks
