Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a background in e-commerce fulfillment, order management, and warehouse management.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and enterprise-scale design patterns.
- Expertise with relational (SQL) and NoSQL document-oriented databases.
- Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with GCP or AWS cloud platforms.
- Proven track record of leading software development teams and delivering production-grade software.
- Experience leveraging AI tooling for development acceleration.
- Excellent communication skills in English for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under constraint.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead AI technical innovation by designing AI and agentic workflows to improve engineering delivery throughput and reliability.
- Design, develop, and maintain fulfillment systems including warehouse and order management platforms.
- Lead a development team in the design, development, and testing of software solutions.
- Enable cross-functional integration through clean API documentation, observability, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver projects.
- Design and implement agentic quality gates for rapid iteration.
- Act as a technical mentor for engineers at all levels.
