Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in Python or strong experience in another programming language with exposure to Python.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Vue.js.
- Expertise in at least one popular Python web framework (preferably Django) or a similar web framework (like Ruby on Rails).
- Understanding of SQL and database efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with git and GitHub (bonus).
- Experience working on open-source projects (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Django-based websites using Python and PostgreSQL.
- Build frontend data visualization components to interpret complex healthcare pricing data.
- Write effective, scalable code and maintain software quality.
- Test and debug programs to ensure high performance.
- Improve the functionality of existing systems.
- Assess and prioritize feature requests based on user needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to provide technical solutions.
