Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in modern, product-oriented software engineering.
- Experience working on complex, distributed systems.
- Strong backend experience; familiarity with Java and React preferred.
- Proficiency in AI-driven development, including knowledge of agent files, MCP integrations, and autonomous loops.
- Expertise in software architecture principles including DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Design, and SOLID.
- Experience with infrastructure and CI/CD operations.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance practices, testing, linting, and static code analysis.
- C1 level of English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work within a small cross-functional team to develop and scale e-commerce systems.
- Refine requirements directly with business stakeholders.
- Contribute actively to architecture, product, and UX design decisions.
- Develop and maintain systems using AI-first methodologies.
- Manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines under a 'you build it, you own it' philosophy.
- Ensure system quality through deterministic gates like automated testing and static analysis.
