Requirements
- 10+ years of solid experience in modern, product-oriented software engineering.
- Experience working on complex, distributed systems, ideally in e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in Java or comparable languages.
- Ability to develop AI-first, with experience maintaining quality in AI-generated code.
- Familiarity with AI-native concepts such as ADRs, agent files, MCP integrations, and multi-agent setups.
- Deep understanding of software architecture including DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Design, and SOLID principles.
- Expertise in infrastructure and CI/CD, adhering to 'You build it, you own it' philosophy.
- Strong experience with quality gates, automated testing, linting, and static code analysis.
- Resilience in solving complex problems in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative team approach.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team of 4-5 engineers, a Product Manager, and a Team Lead.
- Contribute directly to architecture, product strategy, and UX design decisions.
- Develop and maintain AI-first solutions, ensuring code quality and control.
- Implement and operate end-to-end infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Refine requirements directly with business stakeholders.
- Apply architecture patterns such as DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, and Event-Driven Design.
