Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of K-8 classroom teaching experience, preferably in STEM.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and implementation.
- Experience managing large-scale education and custom design projects from discovery through delivery.
- Proven success in planning, budgeting, timeline management, and project iteration.
- Proficiency with technology integration in classroom settings.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to travel 20% to 40% regionally and nationally.
- Willingness to support literacy PD as needed.
- Reliable home internet and a quiet space for video meetings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional leadership and internal teams to deliver high-quality professional development experiences.
- Partner with fellow strategists to develop, adapt, and refine customized training materials.
- Co-design professional learning experiences with district leaders to reflect local context and implementation conditions.
- Manage large-scale custom PD engagements including scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead district-wide program reviews and provide guidance on pedagogy and change management.
- Deliver onsite professional development, coaching, and data analysis support.
- Analyze participant feedback and implementation data to assess impact and iterate on PD solutions.
