Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, product operations, event coordination, or a related field.
- Demonstrated comfort and skill working in virtual environments with remote team members and partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and create order from complexity.
- Proactive ownership of tasks, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.
- Technology-forward mindset with experience leveraging AI and digital tools to streamline workflows.
- Highly collaborative approach to building relationships across diverse functions.
- Commitment to mission-driven work and student-centered learning.
- Strong self-reflection regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience within education or nonprofits is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the product development lifecycle from concept through launch in partnership with the Chief Product Officer.
- Manage cross-functional timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across Product, Programs, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and operational systems to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate dissemination activities, including partner outreach, logistical communications, and content handoffs for marketing.
- Support operational planning and execution for the annual Symposium, including presenter onboarding and content scheduling.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal systems for documentation, archiving, and knowledge management.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
