Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations in SaaS.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a technical scope.
- Deep proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation.
- Ability to navigate and architect solutions using complex API documentation and middleware systems.
- Experience with token authentication.
- Superior communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and non-technical leaders.
- Proficiency with Python and Google Apps Scripts.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or Bruno.
- Experience with data monitoring and analytics tools such as Looker, BigQuery, or Grafana.
- Strong systems thinking and troubleshooting mindset.
Responsibilities
- Analyse complex enterprise customer workflows and translate technical requirements into scalable implementations.
- Recommend operational best practices and optimised integration architectures tailored to business needs.
- Act as primary technical advisor to technical leads and C-suite stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to share Voice of Customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
- Execute end-to-end systems testing, deliver training, and ensure seamless deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, middleware, and API challenges using root-cause analysis.
- Document platform bugs and mentor team members to foster technical excellence.
