Requirements

- 10+ years of comprehensive financial planning experience.
- 5+ years of direct leadership experience guiding high-performing planning teams.
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex planning concepts into simple, practical frameworks that scale across an organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of resolving complex organizational challenges constructively and diplomatically.
Responsibilities
- Guide a dedicated team of CFP professionals, coaching them on technical mastery and delivering actionable advice.
- Serve as the internal lead and authority on a specific planning domain to develop scalable frameworks and teaching tools.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure tools and communications align with planning realities.
- Manage a small book of 25–35 client relationships to test initiatives and run live demonstration sessions.
- Model best practices for the planning team.
