Requirements
- Prior sales management experience.

- Must have own vehicle with a good driving record.
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of automotive industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new business and cultivating new agency relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies with agents for same-store revenue growth.
- Gather customer insights to drive solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level personnel within customer accounts.
- Conduct financial reviews with executive ownership of dealership groups.
- Utilize CRM to track and analyze sales leads and customer interactions.
