Job Details

4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, healthcare technology, or regulated industries.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM and customer-facing workflow management systems.
Experience supporting referral management, intake, enrollment, onboarding, or lead management processes.
Understanding of Medicaid, managed care, provider networks, or care coordination.
Proven ability to manage product capabilities from discovery through delivery in Agile environments.
Strong analytical skills with experience using operational and customer data for prioritization.
Experience applying AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational workflows.
Ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements and user stories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Own product capabilities supporting referral management, eligibility, intake, enrollment, and other top-of-funnel customer experiences.
Partner with intake, operations, providers, and health plan stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct user interviews, analyze workflows, and review operational data to uncover pain points.
Monitor performance metrics including referral, intake, and conversion to prioritize enhancements.
Translate business needs into workflow journeys, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with Salesforce administrators and engineering teams to improve workflows and automation.
Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, usable, and operationally effective solutions.
Support product launches, documentation, and adoption strategies.
