Requirements
- 4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, healthcare technology, or regulated industries.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and customer-facing workflow management systems.
- Experience supporting referral management, intake, enrollment, onboarding, or lead management processes.
- Understanding of Medicaid, managed care, provider networks, or care coordination.
- Proven ability to manage product capabilities from discovery through delivery in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using operational and customer data for prioritization.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational workflows.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements and user stories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own product capabilities supporting referral management, eligibility, intake, enrollment, and other top-of-funnel customer experiences.
- Partner with intake, operations, providers, and health plan stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze workflows, and review operational data to uncover pain points.
- Monitor performance metrics including referral, intake, and conversion to prioritize enhancements.
- Translate business needs into workflow journeys, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Salesforce administrators and engineering teams to improve workflows and automation.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, usable, and operationally effective solutions.
- Support product launches, documentation, and adoption strategies.
