Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management or Solutions/Sales Engineering in enterprise security.
- Demonstrated ability to independently synthesize unfamiliar products quickly.
- Experience building a program, motion, or deliverable from scratch in a pre-launch or early-stage product environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; credible in front of technical buyers and security teams.
- High operational excellence and ownership in taking field observations to documented recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills to reason through ambiguous problems and move to a working hypothesis.
- Proven track record of operating in high-stakes customer and cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect the field motion for an assigned product launch: design how the product gets demoed, how a POV gets structured, and what the field needs to run it at scale.
- Conduct customer discovery, deep dives, and POVs to validate the field approach.
- Test and refine messaging hypotheses in live deals alongside Sales Engineers.
- Diagnose competitive loss reasons and brief PMs with pattern analysis across accounts.
- Partner with Product Marketing to stress-test messaging and report on performance.
- Document successful motions for handoff at General Availability and enable the field to run them independently.
