Requirements
- 4-7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django (or equivalent web framework).
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of domain modeling and architectural design.
- Experience building robust, fault-tolerant software.
- Experience with Celery and asynchronous processing.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.
- Experience with unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Capacity to manage technical escalations and own feature delivery.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex domain modeling challenges in the energy sector using Python, Django, GraphQL, Celery, and PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, robust, and fault-tolerant code with comprehensive unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Debug production issues using structured methods and build familiarity with a complex codebase.
- Write clear documentation to support team members and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own and deliver medium-sized engineering problems, address observability gaps, and manage technical escalations.
- Mentor junior engineers, assist with onboarding, and contribute to hiring processes.
- Collaborate across domains to promote best practices in performance, security, and testability.
