Requirements
- Must be a new user who has not previously used OKX or competitor cryptocurrency apps.
- Must hold a valid government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, residence permit, or eID.
- Access to a functional payment method including bank transfer, card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- Access to both Android and iOS mobile devices.
- Ability to record screen activity and clear audio in a quiet, private environment.
- Fluent in the local language with the ability to narrate experiences in English.
- Commitment to thorough, natural-paced participation.
- Ability to adhere strictly to the prescribed task sequence.
Responsibilities
- Register for a new account on OKX and competitor applications.
- Complete identity verification processes including ID scans and selfies.
- Deposit funds and execute an initial cryptocurrency purchase.
- Narrate thoughts aloud while simultaneously recording screen and audio sessions.
- Submit completed recordings and written feedback questionnaires.
- Attend a mandatory weekly 1-hour debrief call on Fridays.
