Requirements
- Previous experience leading internal IT, workplace technology, or IT operations.
- People management experience, ideally with direct reports.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience supporting or running internal/company security audits or compliance processes (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Ability to coordinate audit readiness across systems, access management, and SaaS tooling.
- Understanding of access management, SaaS administration, and IT service processes.
- Ability to build structure and clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Pragmatic, service-oriented approach to security and compliance needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Internal IT team.
- Define and communicate the scope of Internal IT operations.
- Manage the Internal IT agenda, priorities, roadmap, and operating rhythm.
- Improve internal request handling, prioritization, documentation, and follow-through.
- Provide practical oversight of Microsoft 365 and core internal IT tooling.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Finance, Security, and Engineering.
- Support security and compliance readiness through documentation and process ownership.
