Minimum of six years of professional experience building and supporting production software.
Substantial full-stack development responsibility.
Demonstrated experience independently owning complex or ambiguous technical problems.
Demonstrated experience delivering AI or large language model capabilities, including agents, RAG, and model selection.
Advanced proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, relational database design, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with cloud-native development and operations, including containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and tradeoffs clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a distributed work environment.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production features across the full technology stack.
Own significant platform components and technical initiatives from architecture and design through implementation and ongoing improvement.
Develop and operationalize AI-enabled capabilities, including large language models, agentic workflows, and RAG.
Maintain secure and reliable multi-tenant services in Azure Kubernetes environments using Helm, Terraform, and ArgoCD.
Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
Mentor engineers and help strengthen a distributed, high-trust engineering culture.
