Requirements
- Minimum of six years of professional experience building and supporting production software.
- Substantial full-stack development responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience independently owning complex or ambiguous technical problems.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI or large language model capabilities, including agents, RAG, and model selection.
- Advanced proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, relational database design, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud-native development and operations, including containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and tradeoffs clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production features across the full technology stack.
- Own significant platform components and technical initiatives from architecture and design through implementation and ongoing improvement.
- Develop and operationalize AI-enabled capabilities, including large language models, agentic workflows, and RAG.
- Maintain secure and reliable multi-tenant services in Azure Kubernetes environments using Helm, Terraform, and ArgoCD.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor engineers and help strengthen a distributed, high-trust engineering culture.
