Requirements
- Proven social media content creation and copywriting skills across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in creating posts and reels, not just scheduling.
- Experience with Metricool or similar social media scheduling tools.
- Experience with influencer marketing and outreach.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces and seller platforms.
- Ability to review and refine AI-generated SEO content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
- Shopify or similar e-commerce platform experience is a plus.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer-product industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day social media across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok including content creation and scheduling.
- Support the launch and growth of TikTok by executing planned strategies.
- Source and manage influencer partnerships for collaborations.
- Research and grow the brand's Reddit presence.
- Maintain the online store by updating listings, keywords, and SEO.
- Review AI-generated SEO blog content for accuracy and brand alignment.
- Manage marketplace listings and repurpose product information.
- Oversee one-off projects such as review migration and shipping research.
- Project-manage external vendors and service providers.
