Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR in a people-focused or HR operations role.
- Bachelor or Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and HRIS.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently learn new systems and tools.
- Skilled at analyzing and synthesizing metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
- Expert multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to develop and execute plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies, provide standardization and improvement recommendations which impact the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire.
- Interact with employees, managers, and other internal teams to provide direction and clarity on processes related to the employee life cycle and systems.
- Own Tier II specialized support for important Shared Services programs such as immigration and unemployment, as well as complex employee issues, and maintain data integrity within Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Identify gaps and opportunities and own process improvements for shared services tools and systems utilizing cutting edge technologies.
- Consistently look for opportunities to enhance employee self service, drive adoption and support ongoing enhancements to automate workflows.
- Serve as administrator for the FreshService ticketing systems and other tools that support metrics & reporting.
- Utilize new tools and technology to proactively support the design and implement of new compliance processes and improvements.
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure effective operations and consistent service delivery.
