Requirements
- 1-3 years of Agile/Scrum project management experience.
- 4-8 years of information technology and/or business experience.
- Knowledge of project management, risk management, procurement management, and change management.
- Understanding of technology domains including database, Windows/Linux servers, web services, and data communications.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage work across technologies, domains, and business functions.
- Experience applying SAFe Framework principles.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Management Information Systems) preferred.
- CAPM, PMP, CSP, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for 3 sub-teams delivering database technology solutions.
- Facilitate sprint planning cycles and team technology roadmap items.
- Educate the team in Scrum and Kanban processes.
- Manage overall planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and operations initiatives.
- Track work status and manage risks, financials, and quality control.
- Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering stakeholder and vendor relationships.
- Facilitate continuous improvement plans in operational excellence and customer experience.
