Requirements
- US Citizen with at least an active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing, deploying, and maintaining full-stack web applications and software systems.
- 2+ years of experience identifying and validating requirements for software applications.
- 2+ years of experience with web UI components including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (NodeJS) and Angular.
- 2+ years of demonstrated ability to design and build RESTful web services.
- 2+ years of experience with Java EE/Jakarta EE integration, Servlets and JDBC.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent and SQL queries.
- Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming principles, Java EE (Streams, Lambda expressions), Collections framework, and Exception handling.
Responsibilities
- Join an existing team of web developers to provide full-stack web applications that support operational requirements.
- Document and validate web application requirements.
- Develop automated tests that align with test plans.
- Provide architectural design and development support to fulfill web application requirements.
- Participate in software design discussions and recommend use of relevant tools, technologies and techniques.
- Aid in refactoring/updating existing web applications to add new features and improve reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with software security requirements by reviewing the cybersecurity posture of web applications.
