Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- 7+ years of extensive experience in Java software development.
- Working experience in Java EE, Hibernate, and RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL).
- Experience with web frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (preferably Angular).
- Experience with search engines (preferably Elasticsearch).
- Infrastructure-as-code experience (preferably AWS CloudFormation).
- Testing skills (preferably JUnit, Selenium).
- Experience in managing offshore development teams.
- 3+ years of extensive experience in DevSecOps (CI/CD).
- Working knowledge of Scrum and QA activities.
- Experience working with Cloud/AWS.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the software development team and provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance.
- Engage with the business team and other technical teams to ensure proper design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT system.
- Manage the development process in an iterative/agile way with frequent working builds for stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure alignment with technical standards and procedures such as ICTD, CICD, and CMU.
- Plan and manage the development team's work using JIRA.
- Deliver system components including back-office, front-office, public search websites, and notification modules.
- Produce complete functional, technical, and transition-to-operations documentation.
