Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience with consumer and product activities, such as product growth, product management, or P&L ownership.
- Demonstrated success scaling performance-based growth programs (CPA/CPI partnerships, affiliate channels).
- Proven track record building, launching, and maintaining high-scale products.
- Experience strategically influencing and aligning senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and data analytics proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
- Experience managing app and/or browser extension products (nice to have).
- Experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships (nice to have).
- Experience in the shopping and deals space (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own extension and related business plans, forecasting, and KPI performance.
- Define and drive consumer product growth strategy and market positioning.
- Set strategic product direction and roadmap priorities.
- Source and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and scale a high-performing team.
- Analyze and report on funnel, acquisition, retention, and cashback performance.
- Execute performance-based CPA/CPI partnerships and manage affiliate distribution channels.
- Oversee the creator/UGC growth function and paid growth execution.
- Ensure compliance with tracking technologies and digital marketing standards.
