Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specifically with ML-engineering focused solutions.
- Experience maintaining large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong grasp of cloud-based engineering best practices.
- Experience maintaining real-time and near real-time data pipelines or streaming services at high scale.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams like data scientists and product managers.
- Ability to translate requirements into actionable technical tasks and adapt to feedback.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows, including feature development and serving at 50K+ QPS.
- Experience with offline/online equivalency and large batch jobs for model training.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks related to data engineering and privacy.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build, deploy, and maintain Model Serving infrastructure for a Detection Engine.
- Own projects that scale model serving and data processing services to handle 10x current traffic.
- Build platform infrastructure for countering AI-generated attacks.
- Manage real-time, near real-time streaming pipelines and online feature serving services.
- Develop ML Training platform to improve machine learning engineer velocity and product precision.
- Collaborate with MLE and Data Science teams to translate feedback into strategic technical execution.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers through 1on1s, pair programming, and code/design reviews.
