Requirements

- Ability to read 2D space plans and execute detailed FFE specifications.
- Strong visual eye and ability to translate design intents into furniture selections.
- Demonstrated ability to source furniture within strict project budgets and manufacturer guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spec sheets, pricing, and administrative tracking.
- Capacity to learn digital design tools, concept board applications, and project management software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Humble and collaborative attitude.
Responsibilities
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) aligned with budget and design intent.
- Interpret architectural space plans and assist with furniture layout planning.
- Create visual concept boards, design presentations, and client design packages.
- Source furniture from approved trade manufacturers and preferred vendors.
- Ensure FFE selections meet durability and accessibility standards for senior living facilities.
- Organize FFE specifications and product data within project management platforms.
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and site visit itineraries.
- Manage executive calendars and provide general administrative support.
