Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active Florida Bar license.
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience.
- Strong proficiency in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation.
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial.
- Experience handling insurance defense matters.
- Experience with time management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes for high-exposure litigation matters.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Collaborate as part of a litigation team with various experience levels.
- Maintain routine communication with clients.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with firm clients.
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
