Responsibilities
- Champion the candidate experience and promote Smartling’s employer brand.
- Manage candidate pipelines and monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle.
- Screen applications, conduct assessment calls, and handle candidate communications.
- Manage recruiting platforms to attract and engage talent.
- Maintain applicant tracking data and ensure feedback is collected from the recruiting team.
- Execute tactical research, referrals, and sourcing to find passive and active candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to meet hiring goals.
