Requirements
- 5 or more years of product management or product engineering experience.
- At least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
- Strong technical foundation to engage with engineering and AI/ML implementation details.
- Working fluency with LLMs, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Hands-on React or full-stack web development experience.
- Proven ability to own roadmaps and convert customer needs into software requirements.
- Experience with customer-facing product discovery, ideally with pharma logistics or supply chain operations.
- Background in cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap for core platform modules and an expanding set of AI agents.
- Define and enforce a clear contract for agentic features including reasoning, action execution, and audit logging.
- Conduct deep customer discovery with pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain operations teams.
- Translate complex, regulated workflows into simple, shippable product.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML to deliver AI features.
- Define concrete success metrics and hold the team accountable.
- Shrink scope, ship iteratively, and improve the product based on real-world usage signals.
