Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience
- Experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Junit, DBUnit, TestNG
- Proficient in developing automation frameworks for web and database applications
- Proficient in SQL and writing database queries
- Experience in bug tracking systems such as Jira
- Experience in testing REST APIs
- Exposure to Linux
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and technologies, including databases, web, web services, and reporting
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation framework for large core product and functional components
- Prepare functional, regression, automation and performance test specifications, test cases, and test data
- Conduct product validation test execution, develop test plans and test strategy, report bugs and generate test reports
- Work closely with application development, architecture, and infrastructure teams for performance testing and application analysis
- Establish an automated test environment for UI and non-UI testing
- Develop test plans for a scheduling platform built using Node.JS and JavaScript related technologies
- Perform manual testing of front-end, API, and back-end layers
- Collaborate with development teams to test and validate new code
