Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive retirement benefits experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing complex retirement programs in a large organization.
  • Deep expertise in 401(k) plan administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA compliance and fiduciary governance.
  • Experience supporting retirement plans with assets exceeding $2B.
  • Demonstrated success managing external vendors, consultants, and recordkeepers.
  • Experience leading RFPs, contract negotiations, and fee benchmarking.
  • Advanced analytical, financial, and project management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term strategy for retirement and financial wellness programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend plan design enhancements to support talent attraction and retirement readiness.
  • Serve as an advisor to the Administrative Benefits Plan Committee and other fiduciary bodies.
  • Monitor investment performance and plan fund lineups in partnership with consultants.
  • Oversee 401(k) plan operations, including payroll integration, contribution processing, and compliance testing.
  • Manage relationships with recordkeepers, trustees, and other third-party service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS requirements, SECURE Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead financial reporting, budget management, and data analytics for executive leadership.
