Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive retirement benefits experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing complex retirement programs in a large organization.
- Deep expertise in 401(k) plan administration.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA compliance and fiduciary governance.
- Experience supporting retirement plans with assets exceeding $2B.
- Demonstrated success managing external vendors, consultants, and recordkeepers.
- Experience leading RFPs, contract negotiations, and fee benchmarking.
- Advanced analytical, financial, and project management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategy for retirement and financial wellness programs.
- Evaluate and recommend plan design enhancements to support talent attraction and retirement readiness.
- Serve as an advisor to the Administrative Benefits Plan Committee and other fiduciary bodies.
- Monitor investment performance and plan fund lineups in partnership with consultants.
- Oversee 401(k) plan operations, including payroll integration, contribution processing, and compliance testing.
- Manage relationships with recordkeepers, trustees, and other third-party service providers.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS requirements, SECURE Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Lead financial reporting, budget management, and data analytics for executive leadership.
