Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and MID Server.
- Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, and Configuration Management processes.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow core development tools: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with Service Catalog and REST/SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB in alignment with CSDM best practices.
- Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Implement CMDB governance processes, data certification, reconciliation rules, and data quality improvements.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
- Monitor CMDB Health Dashboards and implement corrective actions to improve completeness, correctness, and compliance.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge transfer documents.
